These are by far one of my favorite cookies. They are super easy to make and they are so good - they never last long. A few tips while making these are:
- Make sure that you roll them in a ball, they spread a little bit. If you decide to put white chocolate chips on top, and it starts to flatten, just re-roll the ball.
- Watch them carefully! Because of the dark color, it's easy to let them over cook (especially if you like super soft cookies! I know I do!)
Give them a shot! They're super fun and perfect for any occasion, they're fancy enough to bring to a party or give as a gift, but simple enough to just munch on!
